Service descriptions on this website are general in nature. Any engagement for cash-in-transit, cash processing, ATM management, vault storage or related services is governed by a written service agreement signed by both parties, which sets out scope, liability limits, insurance arrangements and service levels. Where these website terms and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement prevails.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with tracking or administrative functions, submit false or misleading information, or use another party's tracking reference without authorisation.

Administrative areas of this site are restricted to authorised personnel. Access attempts are logged and monitored.

Tracking references are issued for specific consignments and are intended solely for the sender and named receiver of that consignment. Status information shown is provided in good faith from our operational records; estimated delivery windows are indicative and may change for operational, security or regulatory reasons.

The MeridianSecurity name, logo, website content, text and design are the property of MeridianSecurity Secure Logistics and may not be reproduced, distributed or used to create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Liability for services is defined and limited in each signed service agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and any dispute relating to this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha, unless a signed service agreement provides otherwise.
